What Are My Options?

Do Nothing and Stay in the Case

By doing nothing, you keep the possibility of getting money or benefits that may come from a trial or a settlement. But you give up any rights to sue Defendant separately about the same legal claims in this lawsuit and will be bound by any rulings in this lawsuit.

Ask To Be Excluded

— Deadline: September 14, 2026

If you ask to be excluded from any of the classes subject to the Notice and individual relief is later awarded, you will not share in that relief. But you keep any rights to sue Defendant separately for individual relief arising from the same legal claims addressed by the Notice. You may remain a class member in a separate mandatory class seeking Plan relief.
